Warranty
Sonny Jr. Harp Amps offer a non-transferrable warranty to the original owner of:
Two years: chassis
parts — transformers, resistors, capacitors
Three months: power
tubes and rectifier
One year : speakers
In the event of any problem within the
warranty period, you must contact me first so that we can discuss
the issue. We will cover reasonable repair rates of a local technician
if I agree with that technician. Otherwise, if it is not just a tube
problem, either the whole amp or chassis needs to come back to me for
repair. Always keep the shipping box and packing materials. Should the
chassis need to be returned, the cost of shipping to us is the
customer’s responsibility. The cost of the repair and shipping back to
you is included in the warranty. In the event of a damaged speaker, the
old one must be returned to us to be exchanged for a replacement.
This warranty applies for reasonable
use, not abuse of the amp. We are NOT responsible for speakers pushed
past their wattage rating. |
